Who we are

Marriottsway is a software studio based in Norwich, Norfolk. We’re responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can reach us at jimmy@marriottsway.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the form on our get in touch page, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone number and business name, if you give them
• whatever you tell us in your message

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to go ahead, to talk about the work and prepare a route plan. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you get in touch, we email you a reference and a private link to a tracker page, and we email you again when your job moves along. Anyone with the tracker link can see your job’s progress and the message you sent us, so please keep it to yourself.

We won’t add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing.

Who else sees it

Only us. Your message is stored on our website’s server and sent to our email inbox, so our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run the job and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email jimmy@marriottsway.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We only use the cookies the site needs to work. Our cookies page lists them.
